“build + sip” social

Join us for a Friday evening of clay - perfect for those wanting to learn the fundamentals of hand-built pottery in a relaxed and friendly setting. 

You will learn the different handbuilding techniques - slabbing, coiling and pinching - and build your confidence in working with clay. Our small 12-person classes mean you will have plenty of hands-on learning time and guidance from one of our tutors.

You will be able to take home up to 2 pieces from your class which you will leave in the hands of the studio technicians to glaze and fire, ready to collect within 4 weeks. Everything else will be recycled and reused so nothing goes to waste. We also offer a ‘return to glaze’ session for those wanting to glaze their handmade pieces themselves.
